🔹 Deposit Process at Defcofx

• Minimum Deposit and Speed:

  • The minimum deposit is 50 for Silver accounts and 1,000 for Gold accounts, based on the account’s base currency.

  • All crypto deposits are processed instantly, depending on blockchain confirmations.

  • Please note that blockchain confirmations can sometimes be delayed due to network congestion. As a result, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds in their account or to deposit in advance to avoid the risk of liquidation.

    For faster processing times, we recommend using alternative cryptocurrencies such as USDT or USDC, which generally confirm more quickly on the blockchain compared to BTC.

    Delays caused by a client’s wallet provider or the blockchain network are beyond the company’s control, and therefore, the company cannot be held responsible for such issues.

• No Deposit Fees:

  • Defcofx does not charge any fees for crypto deposits.

  • However, wallet providers may apply network fees, which are not covered by Defcofx.

• How to Deposit via BTC:

  1. Log in to your client portal.

  2. Go to “Deposit Funds”.

  3. Select Bitcoin (BTC) as the payment method.

  4. Enter the deposit amount and proceed.

  5. A unique BTC address will appear.

  6. Copy and paste this address into your BTC wallet provider.

  7. Send the funds to the displayed address.

  8. After approx. 30 minutes (based on blockchain confirmation), the funds will be credited to your MT5 trading account.

  9. For every new deposit or redeposit, please ensure that you generate a new wallet address from your client portal each time before sending funds.

     Sending funds to a previously used address is not the correct procedure, and in such cases, the system will not automatically recognize the deposit. If this occurs, you will need to email our support team with the transaction details for manual processing. Please note that in such cases, the deposit may take up to 24 hours to be credited.

     Delays caused by sending funds to an old address are not the responsibility of the company, so we strongly advise following the correct process to ensure smooth and timely deposit handling.

• How to Deposit via Other Cryptos (USDT, SOLANA, MATIC, etc.):

  1. Log in to your client portal.

  2. Go to “Deposit Funds” and select Confirmo as the payment method.

  3. You’ll be redirected to a secure payment page.

  4. Choose your preferred cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, SOLANA, MATIC, etc.).

  5. Send the funds to the correct address and network shown on the screen.

  • Ensure that you send funds to the correct address and use the correct network.

  • Any wrong selection may result in loss of funds, and Defcofx will not be held responsible for such errors.
