Yes, you may start trading before your account is verified, if you use a Crypto payment method.

No, in order to submit a withdrawal request, you need to have your account verified.

To have your account verified you would need to send us one of each of the below documents:
ID (Passport, ID card or Drivers Licence) and utility bill/Bank statement.

Defcofx covers all funding fees.

Please visit your Defcofx Client Area> Quick Menu > Withdrawal. On this page you would need to select the payment method you used to fund your account.

When making a withdrawal request, please ensure to select the payment method you used to fund your account. Failing to do so would delay your withdrawal from being processed.

Withdrawals are processed within two hours of business days. The time in which you will receive your funds is determined by the funding method you used.

To reset your Defcofx Client Area password please click on “Login” at the top right-hand corner of our homepage, then click on “Forgot Password”. An email will then be sent to you to help you resetting your password.

Please visit your Defcofx Client Area > Quick Menu > Deposit. On this page you will see all payment methods available to you. Once you select a payment method you will be given guidance on how to proceed with making a deposit.

To view your payment and transfers activity, please visit your Defcofx Client Area > Deposit and withdraw > Payment History.

To view details of your account, including the balance and equity, please visit your Defcofx Client Area > Quick Menu > Account List.

If you would like to make any amendments to your Defcofx account, you would need to email [email protected] and an agent will then make the changes on your behalf.

Defcofx holds clients’ funds in segregated accounts and works with tier-one Payment services and banking institutions.

The minimum lot size you can trade with Defcofx is a micro lot, which is displayed as 0.01 on the platform. The maximum trade size depends on your account type. 

Spreads can go as low as 0.2 pips depending on the trading account type. We don’t commission or swap.

All of our account types at Defcofx are designed to be Islamic, as we refrain from charging swap or interest in any of them. The maximum leverage Defcofx offers is 1:2000, which is with our Silver account.

Access your dashboard, navigate to your trading account, and locate the action button associated with your account number. Click on it to modify the leverage settings.

Our server time is subject to Daylight Saving Time (DST). Therefore, GMT+2 (Winter) and GMT+3 during Summer Time.

Our trading servers are based in Netherlands

Rollover is at 00:00 server time.

Each trading instrument has its own open and close times. Please click here to be directed to our Trading Hours page, where you will be able to see the Open, Close and Daily Breaks time for all instruments.

All our account types have a Margin call of 50% and Stop out level of 20% .

Certainly, we provide this service. If your trading account experiences a negative balance, please notify our chat support, and we will rectify the negative balance at no cost, bringing it back to zero.
