  • Please note: Additional fees may be charged by your crypto wallet provider, which are not covered by Defcofx.

• Trading Funds Policy:

  • Funds in your trading account(s) are intended solely for trading purposes.

  • If your deposits remain unused for trading, a processing fee may be applied to your withdrawal.

• Withdrawal Requirements:

  • Client must have sufficient free margin to initiate a withdrawal.

  • No documentation is required.

  • We follow a no KYC policy for withdrawals.

• Using BTC Wallets:

  • We recommend using reliable BTC wallet providers.

  • Coinbase is highly preferred, with around 90% of our clients using it for BTC withdrawals.

  • Clients usually convert BTC to cash and transfer funds to their bank accounts through Coinbase.

• How to Set Up and Withdraw Using Coinbase:

  1. Register at coinbase.com.

  2. A BTC wallet will be automatically created for you.

  3. Click on “Receive BTC” or “Deposit BTC” to get your unique BTC address.

  4. Use this BTC address when submitting your withdrawal request on our website dashboard.

  5. We will send the equivalent BTC amount (in USD) to your Coinbase wallet.

  6. You can then withdraw the funds to your bank account from Coinbase.
